Polyurethane Based Two-component Floor Coating and Insulation Material Solvent-free.

DESCRIPTION AND PROPERTIES
Saphrax 2114-A is a polyurethane based, two-component floor coating and insulation system. Has all the features of Saphrax 2112. Developed particularly for flexible surfaces; and forms a semi-hard layer after reaction. It is a dense product. Optional colors are also available. Better results with Saphrax 1490 used as the primer.

AREAS OF APPLICATION

  • Saphrax 2114-A is a multi-purpose product with a wide range of  APPLICATION.
  • Can easily be applied on wood, concrete, stone, metal, glass and all similar surfaces and materials.
  • Adherent. Efficient adhesive for the same materials and surfaces described above.
  • Patching and rebuilding mortar for vertical surfaces of doors, windows and buildings.

 Saphrax® 2124 

Protective Varnish for Engines Polyurethane Based.
Two-component.

DESCRIPTION AND PROPERTIES
Saphrax 2124 is polyurethane based reacting resin. Forming a particularly strong layer on the surfaces, it efficiently provides protection against water, humidity, chemicals, corrosion and particularly, heat. It is highly resistant to centrifugal force of high-revolution engines. Not affected by Argon. The mixture reacts automatically upon contact with the air. Keeping in the furnace for ½ or 1 hour at 50 would accelerate the reaction. It works with all types of glazing wire. Can be applied using a brush, cylinder, or through spraying or immersing. Contains solvent.

Polyurethane Based Two-component Casting Resin for the Electrical Insulation High Insulation.
Solvent-free.

DESCRIPTION AND PROPERTIES
Saphrax 2321 is a solvent-free, concentrated, tough two-component resin. Low viscosity: no volume-contraction, cool hardening possible even at low temperatures and working time can be shortened down by addition of a catalyst. Resistant particularly to heat, with its high insulation and dielectric capacity against electricity. Resistant against acids, alkali and other corrosive chemicals. Being an easy-to-treat material, which gives best results in casting and coating, it has been one of the most demanded products used in electrical cable industries

Wash-primer Polyurethane Based, Two-component Anti-Rust and Anti-Corrosive System

DESCRIPTION AND PROPERTIES
Saphrax 2135 is a polyurethane based, two-component, high quality anti-rust and anti-corrosive system. Used as a Primer on metal surfaces, before Saphrax Insulation and Coating Systems are applied. Allows the paint to bond efficiently to the metal.

AREAS OF APPLICATION
Saphrax 2135 is used prior to painting, produces best results for aluminum, tin, zinc, copper and stainless steel surfaces, preparing the surface for the paint. Used both as a primer, and as an antirust element for rusty surfaces.

DESCRIPTION AND PROPERTIES
Saphrax 2552 is a solvent-free, polyurethane based electrical isolation and sealing system. Specifically developed for insulation of cable manholes against electricity and water. Great for indoors and outdoors. Adheres very strongly to iron, sheet metal, wood, concrete and many other surfaces. Adapts efficiently to the surface when exposed to temperature changes. It contains special chemicals and is highly resistant to flares caused by short circuit or other failures. Can be applied in desired thickness. Easy-to-treat with lathe and leveler in molding and casting. Forms a very strong layer after hardening.

Polyurethane based Two-component Gloss Topcoat Paint System. Water- and Weatherproof.

DESCRIPTION AND PROPERTIES
Saphrax PUR Topcoat is a polyurethane based, two-component paint system with high adherence. Dries rapidly. Does not require any external heat for curing. It is applicable on all surfaces where conventional stoving enamels are used, without any heating requirement. Particularly suitable for wide surfaces where a furnace system cannot be applied.
Contains solvent. Optional colors are available.
